“Welcome” ……. Sharlani Weimaraners has moved and is now situated in the Kilkivan Shire North-West of Gympie. The name Sharlani was chosen for my kennel as my very first Weimaraner was Aust Ch Bromhund Ranbini Shar CD “Shar” and my nick name which my father always called me “Lani”.  Shar was a present a little bundle of joy. I remember the day Rosemary from Bromhund Kennels rang me and said I have a little girl which was supposed to go to Perth but they no longer want her. I could not wait to collect her, I wanted her. I picked her up from Rosemary at the Caboolture show that week-end and started showing after talking to Rosemary. 1994 was a great year for Shar, she was a Best in Show Speciality, Winner, Best of Breed Winner at the Brisbane Royal and Best Movement Bitch at the Sydney speciality show. Shar’s first and only litter produced Kiari and Tia who are part of the Sharlani family. Tia is my Friend and Companion, Kiari is a multi Best in Show Winner under various Championship judges and his prodgeny live on and their prodgeny live on keeping Sharlani alive In memory of “Shar”.
